Avocado, Chocolate & Banana Pie

It’s Epsilon gourmet friday! For today we’re going to give you a new and delicious way of eating avocado with chocolate, this idea can be a perfect and healthy recipe for a dessert. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of AvoGrand avocado pulp.
  • 3 large bananas.
  • ¾ of  cup dutch processed cocoa.
  • ¼ of cup milk of choice.
  • 1 tablespoon of molasses
  • Pie crust.
  • Chocolate chip cookie dough (without chips). 

Preparation

  1. Prepare cookie dough as stated but don’t use the chocolate chips.
  2. Press dough into a pie pan and blind bake covered with foil and beans. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. 
  3. Remove the beans and foil and bake for 10 minutes or until the entire crust is brown and crisp.
  4. For the filling, combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the mix is smooth.
  5. Pour the mix into the cooled crust and place it in the freezer for about 4 hours or until it’s set.
  6. Thaw for 20-30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
