Salads can be prepared in many ways & are helpful when you’re trying to change your diet to a more healthier way of eating. This salad in particular is very easy & has a combination of flavors that will make you want to try it again.
Ingredients:
A bag of mixed lettuce.
Previously cooked quinoa.
Red Apple.
Almonds.
Chia.
Avocado.
A pinch of salt.
Olive oil.
Preparation:
Cut the lettuce into pieces, just like the apple.
In a bowl mix the lettuce and the apple.
Pour a splash of olive oil and a little salt.
On a plate, place the lettuce mixture & place a tablespoon of quinoa and avocado slices.
To finish, place the almonds & finally sprinkle with chia.
