Avocado, Quinoa & Apple Salad

Salads can be prepared in many ways & are helpful when you’re trying to change your diet to a more healthier way of eating. This salad in particular is very easy & has a combination of flavors that will make you want to try it again. 

Ingredients: 

  • A bag of mixed lettuce. 
  • Previously cooked quinoa. 
  • Red Apple. 
  • Almonds. 
  • Chia. 
  • Avocado. 
  • A pinch of salt. 
  • Olive oil. 

Preparation:

  1. Cut the lettuce into pieces, just like the apple. 
  2. In a bowl mix the lettuce and the apple. 
  3. Pour a splash of olive oil and a little salt. 
  4. On a plate, place the lettuce mixture & place a tablespoon of quinoa and avocado slices. 
  5. To finish, place the almonds & finally sprinkle with chia.
