Dedicating time to take care of yourself is important throughout the whole year. If you’re one of those persons that doesn’t like to work out a lot, avocado can become your trainer. That’s because it’s one of the healthiest fruits there is to consume nowadays with more than 20 vitamins and minerals. Nothing better to begin your day with strength and motivation! 

Because of that, there´s no reason to not begin your day eating avocado, especially if it’s our AvoGrand avocado pulp. Now it’s time for a smoothie proposed by the Avocado World Organization. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of AvoGrand avocado pulp.
  • 1 glass of almond milk.
  • 1 handful of almonds.
  • ½ a banana. 
  • 1 handful of ball ice.
  • 1 piece of panela cheese.

Preparation

  1. The first thing you need to do is to open your pack of AvoGrand avocado pulp and pour 1 cup of it into the blender.
  2. You need to introduce the other ingredients and shred it all until you have a homogeneous mix. 
  3. If you want to, you can add some pieces of panela cheese.
