Avocado Soup

Ingredients: 

  • 4 cups of AvoGrand avocado pulp.
  • 1 spoonful of butter. 
  • 1 spoonful of vegetable oil. 
  • ½ of onion in squares.  
  • 2 cups of corn kernels. 
  • ¼ of a spoonful of oregano. 
  • 4 cups of chicken soup. 
  • 1 cup of milk. 
  • ½ spoonful of salt. 
  • Pepper to your liking. 
  • ½ of chicken broth in powder. 
  • 1 Epsilon Integra-Trade avocado in squares. 

Preparation:

  1. Pour the 4 cups of avocado pulp in a cooking pot with the butter until it’s melted. 
  2. Pour the chopped onion, oregano, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix with a soup spoon. 
  3. Then pour the corn, the milk, the pepper and the chicken broth with the chicken soup and mix it. 
  4. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. 
  5. Check the taste of the soup and if it’s missing salt or pepper. 
  6. Serve your new soup creation and decorate with avocado squares and a bit of coriander.
