Avocado Spider-web Eggs

Halloween is coming this sunday! You need to be prepared for this special holiday with an equally special meal, that’s why for this particular Epsilon Gourmet recipe we’ll dive into a spider nest. 

Ingredients:

  • AvoGrand avocado pulp.
  • 4 boiled eggs. 
  • Black vegetable ink. 
  • Black sesame. 
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Inside a cooking pot with boiling water put salt to your liking & place the eggs for 11 or 12 minutes. 
  2. Peel the eggshell carefully so you don’t break the inside of the eggs & cut them in halves. 
  3. Once the eggs are peeled & in halves, decorate the eggs with the vegetable ink trying to imitate the form of a spiderweb. 
  4. With a pastry sleeve put the avocado AvoGrand pulp on top of the egg yolks & decorate with the black sesame. 
  5. There it is, you’re ready to taste your delicious spider-nests eggs.
