Halloween is coming this sunday! You need to be prepared for this special holiday with an equally special meal, that’s why for this particular Epsilon Gourmet recipe we’ll dive into a spider nest.
Ingredients:
AvoGrand avocado pulp.
4 boiled eggs.
Black vegetable ink.
Black sesame.
Salt
Preparation
Inside a cooking pot with boiling water put salt to your liking & place the eggs for 11 or 12 minutes.
Peel the eggshell carefully so you don’t break the inside of the eggs & cut them in halves.
Once the eggs are peeled & in halves, decorate the eggs with the vegetable ink trying to imitate the form of a spiderweb.
With a pastry sleeve put the avocado AvoGrand pulp on top of the egg yolks & decorate with the black sesame.
There it is, you’re ready to taste your delicious spider-nests eggs.
