Avocado couldn’t get any sweeter with this chocolate avocado mousse.

This mousse is 100% gluten free, egg free, dairy free, completely vegan and absolutely delicious! The texture coming out of the fridge is amazing. But you’ll see it after you finish. 

Ingredients

  • 3 spoonfuls of coconut oil.
  • 1 ounce of 100% pure dark chocolate.
  • 3 spoonfuls of cacao powder.
  • 1 spoonful of instant coffee.
  • 6 pitted medjool dates.
  • 2 cups of AvoGrand avocado pulp.
  • ¼ cup of coconut milk.
  • 2 spoonfuls of maple syrup.
  • 1 spoonful of vanilla.

Preparation

  1. Set a small metal bowl atop a small pan of water, filled about ⅓ of the way. Set on high heat until it boils, then turn it down to a simmer.
  2. Melt the first four ingredients in the bowl, stirring occasionally. 
  3. In a blender, add the remaining ingredients and blend until it is almost smooth.
  4. Add in the chocolate mixture and continue to blend until it is completely smooth.
  5. Scoop into bowls. Place in the refrigerator to firm up for 4 hours or eat it soft and warm straight out of the blender, that’s up to you
  6. It can stay for at least 1 day or 2 covered in the fridge. 

Now you have no option but saying yes to a new way of tasting chocolate and avocado.
