Mexican Guacamole Dip

September is the month of national holidays in Mexico, a month to celebrate and enjoy your favorite dishes.

For that reason we leave you a recipe that goes well with the typical dishes of Mexico and is also very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of AvoGrand Avocado pulp.
  • 5 green tomatoes.
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth.
  • 3 tablespoons of cream.
  • 1 branch of coriander.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 serrano pepper (optional).

Preparation

  1. Cook the tomatoes for 10-15 minutes.Pour only the tomatoes (without the water), cream, coriander and the serrano pepper in the blender, mix them completely.
  2. If the mixture is too thick for the blades to mix, pour in ½ cup of the chicken broth.
  3. Do not forget to season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Empty your guacamole as a special dip for nachos or use it to accompany your flautas, tacos, sopes, gorditas or your favorite food.
